Fontys trainees: Project ‘The Voice of the Customer’

Five students of Fontys Eindhoven, have made a dynamic start with the research: making CE Documentation (manuals) as service for customers.

We are a group of second-year students at the Fontys University of applied Sciences. At this moment we are working on the project ‘The Voice of the Customer’, at BKL Engineering B.V. We were asked to research the market for product manuals within the B2B market. We started with a short internal analysis based on interviews, followed by an external analysis in the form of a survey. This survey will give information about how companies think about outsourcing the creation of product manuals. Once the data have been analyzed, the conclusions will be shared with BKL. With this knowledge, BKL will decide whether the market for selling product manuals to B2B businesses is interesting enough to further develop as a service.
