How to ensure machine safety?

Question is how do you ensure the machine’s safety. This all starts by performing a risk-assessment and risk reduction.
A risk assessment and risk reduction method is described in NEN-EN-ISO 12100:2010. It is a process to identify all the risks of a machine and to reduce these risks adequately, so the users of the machine can use the machine safely.
