BKL hecht zeer veel waarde aan een hoge kwaliteit van haar diensten maar ook aan het voortdurend verbeteren van de kwaliteit van haar diensten en haar interne processen. Deze worden geborgd door vakkundig personeel in combinatie met innovatieve machines en ERP-oplossingen. Daarnaast is ook de materiaalkeuze van belang. Binnen dit kader is er binnen de EU een aantal richtlijnen en regelgevingen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><strong>Verklaring RoHS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4><strong>EU-regelgeving voor beperking van gevaarlijke stoffen RoHS-3 (EG) Nr. 2011\/65\/EU en 2015\/863\/EU<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>De RoHS (Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances) is een Europese richtlijn die het gebruik van bepaalde gevaarlijke stoffen in elektrische en elektronische apparatuur moet beperken. De stoffen binnen de richtlijn mogen alleen nog maar voorkomen in elektrische en elektronische apparatuur, indien ze blijven onder de vermelde maximum concentratie (gewichtsprocent) van het homogene materiaal zoals hieronder vermeld:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_flex valign_middle type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-6 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>Lood (0,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Kwik (0,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Cadmium (0,01%)<\/li>\n<li>Zeswaardig Chroom (0,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Polybroombifenylen (PBB's) (0,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Polybroomdifenylethers (PBDE's) (0,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Bis(2-ethylhexyl) ftalaat (DEHP) (0,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Butylbenzylftalaat (BBP) (0,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Dibutylftalaat (DBP) (0,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Di-isobutylftalaat (DIBP) (0,1%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-6 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"w-image us_custom_dd0d88e3 align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"142\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bkl.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/RoHS-Compliants.jpg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bkl.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/RoHS-Compliants.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.bkl.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/RoHS-Compliants-18x10.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>BKL verwerkt alleen halffabricaten waarvan onze leveranciers verklaren dat deze voor zover zij dit kunnen controleren voldoen aan de richtlijnen van RoHS.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-btn-wrapper align_none\"><a class=\"w-btn us-btn-style_1\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bkl.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/RoHS-certificaat-van-overeenstemming_ondertekend.pdf\"><span class=\"w-btn-label\">Download RoHS verklaring van overeenstemming<\/span><\/a><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4><\/h4>\n<h3><strong>Inspanningsverklaring REACH en Conflict Minerals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>EU-regelgeving voor chemische elementen REACH (EG) Nr. 1907\/2006<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>REACH is de Europese chemicali\u00ebn wetgeving inzake Registratie, Evaluatie en Autorisatie van Chemische stoffen.<\/p>\n<p>Aangezien BKL noch zelf chemische materialen of substanties maakt noch deze invoert in de EU, klasseert REACH BKL als een zogenaamde 'downstream-gebruiker'. Dit betekent dat de registratieplichten uit de REACH-regelgeving niet direct toepasbaar zijn op BKL als fabrikant van gereedschappen. Niettemin hebben wij al onze leveranciers ge\u00efnformeerd over REACH en hebben wij hen gevraagd om te voldoen aan al hun verplichtingen, inclusief het registratierecht, die voortkomen uit de regelgeving.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>EU-verordening voor conflict mineralen CM (EG) Nr. 2017\/821<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>De Conflict Minerals (CM) Verordening legt aan EU-importeurs van bepaalde mineralen of metalen uit conflict- en hoog risicogebieden verplichtingen op inzake passende zorgvuldigheid in hun toeleveringsketen, welke tot doel heeft de financiering van gewapende groepen in ontwikkelingslanden te stoppen<\/p>\n<p>De Verordening is met name van toepassing op EU-importeurs van mineralen of metalen met tin, tantaal, wolfraam of goud (zogenaamde 3TG), indien het jaarlijks ingevoerd volume per betrokken mineraal of metaal de door de Verordening vastgestelde volumedrempels overstijgt. Als dusdanig is de Verordening niet direct van toepassing op BKL.
